Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These terms govern your access to SuperPPC's website, advertising integrations, MCP server, plugins, and related services. By using SuperPPC, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Using SuperPPC

You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login and connection credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Plugins, AI clients, and connected services

SuperPPC may be used through Codex, ChatGPT, other AI clients, or advertising platforms. Those third-party products have separate terms and may send your requests to SuperPPC or receive SuperPPC's responses. You choose which accounts and permissions to connect and may revoke those connections at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not use SuperPPC to:

  • Break the law, infringe rights, deceive others, or distribute harmful content.
  • Bypass access controls, probe security, scrape outside supported workflows, or disrupt the service.
  • Obtain unauthorized access to advertising accounts, personal data, or private systems.
  • Resell or reproduce the service in a way that substitutes for SuperPPC without permission.
  • Use outputs as proof of ad performance, legality, endorsement, or current delivery when the source does not establish that fact.

Data and permissions

You retain rights in information you provide. You grant SuperPPC the limited permission needed to process that information, call requested services, return results, secure the service, and provide support. You confirm that you have authority to connect each account and instruct us to process its data.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew for the period shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices, taxes, limits, and included features are presented before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. You may cancel renewal through your account or the billing portal.

Ad-library results

Advertising archives are incomplete and may be delayed, regional, estimated, or changed by their providers. SuperPPC does not guarantee that a result is exhaustive, currently active, accurate, or evidence of campaign performance. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for business, legal, or compliance decisions.

Our intellectual property

SuperPPC, its software, design, documentation, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership. Third-party names and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We may change, limit, or discontinue features and may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a material breach. You may stop using SuperPPC at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, SuperPPC is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of third-party data. SuperPPC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid SuperPPC in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as SuperPPC changes. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to support@superppc.ai.
