Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This policy explains how SuperPPC collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, advertising integrations, MCP server, and plugins.
Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide and secure SuperPPC, including:
- Account information such as your name, email address, and profile image.
- Connection information for advertising platforms you choose to connect, including account identifiers, granted permissions, and encrypted access or refresh tokens.
- Service activity such as plugin requests, search parameters, returned ad-library records, consent history, connection status, and diagnostic logs.
- Billing and subscription information. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by SuperPPC.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser or client type, timestamps, security events, and cookie preferences. Analytics data is collected only when analytics is enabled.
How we use information
- Provide, authenticate, and maintain the website, API, MCP server, and plugins.
- Run requested ad-library searches, Google Ads reporting and Keyword Planner research, and retrieve or cache public ad creative.
- Stage user-requested Google Ads changes for review and execute them only after the user explicitly approves the advertising plan.
- Maintain your connections, permissions, subscriptions, and support requests.
- Prevent abuse, investigate incidents, enforce limits, and improve reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations and communicate material service changes.
AI clients and advertising platforms
When you use SuperPPC through Codex, ChatGPT, or another AI client, that provider may process your prompt and the tool response under its own terms and privacy policy. SuperPPC receives the requests that the client sends to our MCP server.
Our competitor-research tools query public or authorized advertising resources from Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Those platforms control their own services and data. Their availability, coverage, and retention practices are outside SuperPPC's control.
Google Ads account data is used only to provide user-requested reporting, planning, keyword research, and approved account-management actions. OAuth credentials are not exposed to AI clients, and SuperPPC does not use Google Ads user data to train generalized AI models. SuperPPC's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers for hosting, databases, object storage, authentication, analytics, payments, and operational support. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us. Current infrastructure may include Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare, Google, and Stripe.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.
Storage, security, and retention
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain account, authorization, billing, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Public ad creative may be cached to make repeated research requests reliable. OAuth sessions and tokens expire or can be revoked when a connection is removed.
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies support sign-in, security, and preferences. If analytics is enabled, analytics cookies help us understand aggregate service usage. You can manage optional cookies through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, or object to certain processing. You can disconnect advertising accounts from your profile and revoke a SuperPPC plugin connection at any time. Contact us to make another privacy request.
Children and changes
SuperPPC is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice when required.
